Use sticky mats at entry points
Layered sticky mats capture dust from shoe soles and carts before operators enter a controlled area. They are useful at cleanroom entrances, air showers and material transfer points.
Use rollers for surfaces and equipment
PE, silicone and DCR rollers are designed for benches, panels, films, conveyor areas and other surfaces. The roller hardness and adhesive strength should match the material being cleaned.
Combine both for better control
A practical program often combines entry mats with hand rollers and machine rollers. Share the surface type and replacement frequency when requesting samples.
